The Sacrament of Reconciliation (also referred to as Penance or Confession) has three elements: conversion, confession, and celebration. In this sacrament we find God’s unconditional forgiveness, and in going forth, we are called to forgive others.

First Reconciliation Parent Track Sessions (OLG School parents only attend the November 8 Zoom)
You will have two different options for the parent sessions. You can attend either during the Family PREP Sunday parent talk or on Zoom on consecutive Tuesday nights. You can mix dates/times as needed in order to complete all three parent sessions.
Parent Session 1 – Sunday Oct 9 9-10AM in SKD Room of school OR Tuesday Nov 8 7PM Zoom
***1st Session includes the general parent meeting with dates and other information
Parent Session 2 – Sunday Nov 13 9-10AM in SKD Room of school OR Tuesday Nov 15 7PM Zoom
Parent Session 3 – Sunday Dec 11 9-10AM in SKD Room of School OR Tuesday Nov 22 7PM Zoom

Examination of Conscience (before Confession)
The Act of Contrition Prayer:
"O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you, and I detest all my sins, because of your just punishments; but most of all because they offend you, my God, Who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin. Amen.
