Catherine Galie has brought beautiful music to Our Lady of Grace Parish for many years. Catherine joined the OLG family in 1975 as an organist. She added the role of Choir Director in 1983, and soon became the Director of Music. Catherine has a Bachelors of Music Education (1969) and a Masters of Music Education (1972) from Temple University. She obtained her Masters in Music from Boston University in 2009. Catherine taught classroom music and directed choirs for five and a half years in the Philadelphia School System, and taught for 36 years at Our Lady of Grace School. She has been married to her husband Thom for 47 years, with three grown children and two grandchildren. She loves gardening, Broadway music and musicals, and traveling. Her favorite saint is St. Cecilia.
