As we prepare to gather with our families for the holidays, we are once again asking the parishioners of Our Lady of Grace to continue your immense generosity towards those in need this season, especially considering the difficulties of COVID-19. The Holiday Outreach Committee and the OLG Knights of Columbus are collaborating to collect non-perishable food and/or monetary donations for those in need on SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon in the Church Parking Lot. Rather than leaving your Thanksgiving food donations in the church entrances like in previous years, please bring your donations to the Knights' Monthly Food Drive this November!
We are asking for donations of non-perishable items such as: Canned Vegetables/Fruits, Cranberry Sauce, Gravy, Soup, Stuffing Mixes, Boxed Potatoes, Bread Crumbs, Apple Sauce, Rice, Apple Cider, Jell-O/Pudding... and any other non-perishable goodies a family might enjoy at Thanksgiving!
We will be receiving a generous amount of Turkeys from an anonymous donor. Therefore, we will not need any additional Turkeys. Gift cards to Walmart, Target, or Aldi would be a nice, alternative donation to enable families to purchase any additional items needed.
Thank you in advance for your generosity toward our neighbors in need during this Thanksgiving season!
